About Me
I’m Gary Bubash, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering Individual, Couples, and Relationship therapy.
Therapy is a process that builds awareness of yourself.
This awareness can change your life and the reflective process of therapy will help you bring to the surface values that align with your desired goals.
You may discover values in a deeper awareness you thought never possible.
You may explore and discover certain negative patterns that reveal valuable lessons in your life or relationships.
You may discover family patterns that you have held onto for too long that may be destructive to how you want to live your life today.
In my therapy journey, I sought the courage to be vulnerable, despite societal norms for men. This vulnerability revealed the power of focusing on my values as I gained:
a sense of humility that I could be wrong and you could be right
a sense of awareness where I can see where I might be wrong
a sense of responsibility that it bothers me when I'm wrong
a sense of empathy that it bothers me when I hurt others, and
a sense of trustworthiness and reliability that when I'm wrong, I'll change.
I believe we can do the necessary individual, couples, and relationship therapy to increase your satisfaction of a life well-lived.
It worked for me and I believe it can work for you, too.
